RULES OF WARRANTY SUPPORT
Exchange and return of goods
According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the buyer has the right to exchange or return the goods within 14 days from the date of purchase (the warranty period is indicated on the product card).
For an exchange or refund, please make sure that
- all seals, markings and labels are intact;
- the product is not mechanically damaged;
- the product's operating conditions are met.
Be sure to have a document confirming the purchase. Refunds are made within 1-3 business days after diagnosis.
Delivery of the product to the service center for return or exchange is at the buyer's expense. In case of confirmation of the warranty case, the shipping cost is reimbursed.
Grounds for refusal of warranty repair
Warranty service is not provided in the following cases:
- damage to warranty seals or stickers;
- mechanical damage or traces of liquid;
- non-compliance with the operating rules;
- unauthorized opening or disassembly of the product;
- modifications or replacement of components by the user;
- missing or damaged warranty card.
The procedure for contacting the service center
Return of goods or warranty service is carried out at the as-it.ua service center. When applying, the buyer must have:
- complete set of goods;
- a warranty card and a sales receipt.
Initial diagnostics is carried out within 1-3 business days. After that, a decision on warranty service is made. Full diagnostics can take up to 14 business days.
