Public offer agreement

1. General provisions

1.1 This document is an official public offer of TM "AS-IT.UA", hereinafter referred to as the "Seller", to conclude a contract for the sale of goods remotely through the online store: https://as-it.ua.

1.2. Acceptance of this offer is the fact that the Buyer has paid for the order on the terms set forth on the Seller's website.

2. Terms and definitions

  • Product - models, accessories, components and related items.
  • Online store - a website for the remote sale of goods through an electronic transaction in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce".
  • Seller - a company that sells goods through an online store.
  • Buyer - an individual who has entered into an agreement with the Seller.
  • Order means selecting goods and placing a purchase order through the website.

3. Subject of the contract

The Seller undertakes to transfer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Goods on the terms of this Agreement. The Agreement regulates the procedure for selecting, processing, paying for and delivering the goods.

4. Placing an order

  • The Buyer has the right to order any product available on the website.
  • In case of unavailability of the goods, the manager shall notify the Buyer.
  • The Buyer may replace, cancel the goods or the entire order.

5. Payment for the order

5.1. Payment is made upon receipt of the goods at the branch of the transport company in cash in UAH.
5.2. In case of non-payment, the Online Store has the right to cancel the order.

6. Delivery

6.1. Delivery is carried out through the transport company to its branches.
6.2. All necessary documents in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine are provided together with the goods.

7. Rights and obligations of the parties

The seller has the right to refuse service in case of violation of the terms of the contract.
The Buyer is obliged to pay for and receive the goods in a timely manner. The Buyer has the right to place an order, sign the contract, and demand the fulfillment of its terms.

8. Liability of the parties

  • The parties are liable in accordance with applicable law.
  • The seller is not responsible for:
    • color differences due to monitor settings;
    • errors in the data entered by the Buyer;
    • actions of third parties with the Buyer's login;
    • changes in appearance by the manufacturer.
  • In case of force majeure, the parties are released from liability.

9. Other terms and conditions

  • The online store has the right to change the agreement by publishing changes on the website.
  • The order and payment mean the Buyer's acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • The Buyer's data is used solely for order processing.

10. Return of goods of good quality

Returns are made in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. Shipping costs are at the expense of the Buyer. Money is returned minus logistics costs.

11. The term of the contract

The Agreement comes into force from the moment of acceptance (payment). It may be terminated by agreement of the parties or in case of violation of the terms.

12. Confidentiality and personal data

AS-IT guarantees complete confidentiality of personal information. The data is stored in a secure database and is not transferred to third parties, except as provided by law.
